What is my login username and password?

Your login username is the PayPal e-mail address used when making your purchase and your password is the Transaction ID received from PayPal. The password is typically 17 characters long and contains both numbers and upper case letters. Our system has sent an e-mail to your PayPal e-mail address containing this information.

We monitor all purchased downloads and if we notice that you have not been able to download your purchase within a few hours, we will manually send your purchase confirmation e-mail to your PayPal address.
